This light weight tulle features a hexagon weave with a permanent pleat throughout the length of the fabric.

Please note: this is measured with pleats open and then allowing for the pleats to naturally bounce back.  Pleating runs from selvedge to selvedge.

This fabric has a soft handle but strong nature which makes it ideal for skirts, dresses and bridal/formal wear.
